Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Agreement

  • 24-Hour Notice:

    You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Late Cancellation Fee:

    Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $75 charge to your card on file.

  • No-Show Fee:

    If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Refund Policy 

  • No Refunds: Refunds are not offered for services that have already been provided.

  • Product Returns: Due to safety reasons, no returns are accepted for any products, whether open or unopened.

Memberships 

  • Commitment: Memberships require a 3-month commitment.

  • Payment: Payment is required upfront or through automatic draft.

  • Service Redemption: Services must be used each month and do not carry over to the next month.

  • Forfeiture: If you miss a week or month, that service is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or redeemed later.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

  • 1. Introduction
    Welcome to Myles-Wood Legacy Collective, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of myleswoodlegacycollective.com (“Site”), effective as of August 27, 2025. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • 2. Services

  • Booking: Services are scheduled via the online booking system.

  • Payments: Payments are due at booking or as outlined; we accept [list].

    All content on the Site is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

  • 8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
    The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.

  • 9. Indemnification
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or services.

  • 10. Third-party Links
    The Site may contain links to third-party websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

  • 11. Governing Law & Disputes
    These Terms are governed by South Carolina law. Any disputes shall be resolved first by informal discussion, then by binding arbitration in Columbia, SC, or through small claims court if applicable.

  • 12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance.
